The journey of this UK Banking Group has been fast-moving and dynamic, presenting the group with the challenge of ensuring staff are kept informed of changes to the organisation and fully aligned with brand direction at all times.
Working closely with them, we have conceived and delivered a diverse range of events and experiences to get key messages across to different sectors of their workforce. Projects have included devising an experiential platform to communicate the timeline and transition process for integration following the acquisition of another high street bank – and employing imaginative techniques to help make sure that staff in other areas of the business feel a part of the group's sports sponsorship.
